Uma parceria entre a Fundação Escola Técnica Liberato Salzano Vieira da Cunha e a ThyssenKrupp Elevadores vai qualificar ainda mais a formação de jovens profissionais através de um Centro de Treinamento (CT), cuja inauguração acontece nesta quinta-feira (14), às 14h, nas dependências do Curso Técnico de Eletrotécnica.
Equipado com as mais modernas tecnologias em elevadores, incluindo um elevador-escola, o CT vai abrir oportunidades para alunos que queiram atuar nas áreas de manutenção e de desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias em elevadores.
Por meio da política de investimento social privado, a ThyssenKrupp Elevadores construiu o CT, forneceu os materiais e será responsável por ministrar o curso com instrutores da própria empresa. Referência em formação técnica, a Fundação Liberato cedeu o espaço físico e a infraestrutura adequada para a instalação do CT.
Segundo o Coordenador da ThyssenKrupp Elevadores Novo Hamburgo, Evandro Wolff, o CT será uma grande oportunidade para a empresa desenvolver e captar novos talentos na área técnica. “Além do treinamento e desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias, a empresa espera também atuar na área social, através de projetos que atendam estudantes de baixa renda”.
Para o Diretor Executivo da Fundação, Leo Weber, a parceria vem ao encontro dos objetivos traçados no Planejamento Estratégico da Instituição: “Promovemos uma formação que busca contemplar o conhecimento científico e tecnológico sem deixar de estimular, também, a formação cidadã do aluno”, destacou.
A qualidade técnica dos alunos da Fundação Liberato é reconhecida pela ThyssenKrupp Elevadores. Hoje, cerca de 80% a 90% da mão de obra técnica da filial de Novo Hamburgo saiu dos bancos da escola. Um bom exemplo é o do Coordenador da filial, que estudou no Curso de Eletrônica da Liberato.
